Panel 1: As the party continues, Sue reminds Elly that all the key players are there: the people from the Downtown Development Board, the Chief of Police, the Mayor, everyone is there at Elly's thing.
Panel 2: Elly hopes to convince them to restore the theatre instead of tearing it down to build whatever's going to replace it and hopes to get them to give her a grant.
Panel 3: John shows up and says he thinks they are starting to sway the town council.
Panel 4: That's because one of them has just fallen over.
