Today's Father's Day strip contains our recommended daily allowance of the vital nutrients 'sentimentality' and making 'Aaron look like a creep.'

Panel 1: Lizzie reminds Mike that tomorrow's Father's Day so she made Daddy a card.
Panel 2: The sullen yipyop tries to hurt Lizzie's feelings by criticizing the crude drawing of John.
Panel 3: She counters that by saying that it's not the outside that counts.
Panel 4: She opens the card and shows him that it says "I love you Daddy, From Elizabeth" and explains that it's the love inside.
Summary: This has pretty much two purposes. The first is to pander to people who like sticking treacle on fridges and bulletin boards. The second is to castigate Aaron for not warming to Rod as quickly as Lynn wanted him to.
