Panel 1: Now that we're at the ceremony, we find ourselves watching Miss Lyon congratulate Lizzie and Lizzie thanking her.
Panel 2: As John gets ready to take a picture, Lizzie notices something.
Panel 3: She tells Daddy what that something is by pointing at him and yelling "LENS CAP!!"
Panel 4: Embarrassed, John returns to his seat where Elly assures him this will be one of life's treasured moments.
Summary: This is sort of what I mean by 'boomer lens cap stupidity'; simply put, John is angry at Lizzie because she wasn't supposed to point out that he was doing something stupid.
