Panel 1: We see Mike sitting at the table telling himself that he won't, will not, WILL NOT peel those carrots.
Panel 2: He then begins thinking about what that means and about how they (pronounced "El-ly") will accuse him of being lazy and of never helping out.
Panel 3: Next, "they'll" point out his messy room, say that he doesn't care and have to clean everything and pick up and put every toy he's ever owned in the garbage and never get toys again and all the other ax-crazy shit Elly probably would do if she thinks she's being slighted.
Panel 4: To avoid that insane-sounding but sadly realistic scenario, he decides to peel the carrots.
Summary: The interesting thing is that we get a Little Lindy show about how happy 'we' were to help take care of the house while Merv and Ursula were at work. Too bad she sabotages herself by showing why she was 'happy.'
