We end the week with Elly continuing to prove that John should have cracked open his wallet and gone to a temp agency like a regular person when she does Three Stooge-level horseplay with a dental chair.

(Strip Number 4574, Original Publication Date, 1 March 1986)

Panel 1: Now that Phil's back in the dental chair, Elly tells him to sit back and let her put on what she misnames "his little napkin" on him.

Panel 2: She then says that there's some sort of doohickey that makes the chair recline.

Panel 3: Having pushed what she thinks is the right button, she watches as it tips all the way backwards.

Panel 4: Now that the only thing preventing Phil from spilling onto the floor is the fact that his head has phased into the cabinet behind him, it occurs to her that she might not have pushed the right button.

Summary: If this is Lynn's attempt to make dentistry look less threatening, she's several parsecs short of the mark. This is because John and Phil would be better off if one of his three new employees had told the other "Gee, Moe! We don't know nothin'bout dentistry!!"
