We end the week with Elly thought-bubbling about how hard it's not going to be to adjust to having someone friendly enough living in what used to be Connie's house.

(Strip Number 935, Original Publication Date, 7 September 1985)

Panel 1: We start things off with Carol Enjo introducing herself, her husband Keith and their kids Brian and Dawn.

Panel 2: She then tells Elly that Connie talked about her at length.

Panel 3: Given that Connie described the two of them as being close friends, Carol says that she knows it's going to be hard for Elly to cope with having someone different in her old house.

Panel 4: Elly confidently thought-bubbles that it's not going to be as hard as Carol might think.

Summary: What's interesting about this is not that this is how the Universe normally unfolds. What's interesting is that Lynn is going to tell us what inspired her to insert a whole family of people she knows into the strip.
