(Strip Number 740, Original Publication Date, 6 November 1984)
Panel 1: We start things off with John telling Jean how wonderful an assistant she is.
Panel 2: The reason for her wonderfulness is that he's utterly dependent on her because she's rearranged everything so that he can't find it.
Panel 3: After calling the two of them a team because he's got himself a new Mommy, he says that if he could describe her in a word, that word would probably have been something that he thinks is pretty wonderful and that I assume would be ridiculously insulting.
Panel 4: We'll never know what that clearly stupid and definitely demeaning word might have been because she beats him to the punch by describing herself by a word which alarms him: "pregnant."
Summary: Well, he no longer thinks of her as being that 'wonderful' thing; given that his idea of what constitutes praise leaves the 'lucky' recipients feeling as if they can never scrub the dirt away, this is probably for the best.
