Panel 1: As she stirs her unpalatable swill, Michael tells Elly that he and Lizzie have cleaned their rooms and asks her to give his the once-over.
Panel 2: Now that it's devoid of any sort of trace of humanity, a beaming Elly tells him that it is much better.
Panel 3: She then says that he can have some pride in a room devoid of junk and clutter. (Or, as we say in English and not in "Madwoman Driven Berserk By OCD", devoid of signs of his own identity.)
Panel 4: Since we're actually slamming Ursula today, Michael thought-bubbles that he had pride in the junk and clutter itself.
Summary: Today's notes are all about how Lynn's mother was out of line trying to make her clean her room because she saw it as an intrusive attempt to deprive her of her freedom of expression instead of what it actually was: the desperate attempt of a freaked-out woman to impose order on what she saw as chaos.
