April is a mix of Ellen Page and, again, Ginnifer Goodwin. I think she turned out cute.
Here's Michael. Since I was working on the portrait of a man who left his wife and children on a fire escape to get a laptop, I needed someone who radiates the essence of douchebag. So I started with Colin Farrell. Then I added Christian Bale's intense stare and strong jaw and threw in Zac Efron to "soften" him up and add some youth.
Candace, my favorite character, is my largest blend. She is a mix of Geri Halliwell, Amy Winehouse, Anne Lindfjeld, and Barbra Streisand. It was important to me to capture the curly red hair and it took many, many different tries and combinations but I finally got both the color and texture I was hoping for.
Kortney Krelbutz, Elly's former employee. I wanted character actress Margaret Hamilton but couldn't find any appropriate pictures from her youth so instead I used Mayim Bialik, who has similar features. Then I combined that with a school photo of Woody Allen without his glasses.
Finally we come to Meredith. I took the Michael photo and the Deanna photo and combined them to "Make A Girl." The result does have the Lips of Loveliness like her mother so...success? When I tried to make a Robin (aka "Make A Boy"), the results were bizarrely feminine, so I'm just posting the one.
I think I'm done for now unless anyone has suggestions.
