Panel 1: My god, are we STILL on this? Why is it so important? The strip still has a year or more to go, so it's a bit early for settling-accounts speeches like this. Anyway, how many times did Gordon ask John for advice? If it was more than a couple of times, then yeah, maybe he does have a debt he can't repay: the debt of being a black hole of neediness!

Also, is Gordon leaning forward, or is he really that large?

Panel 2: Very blah answer. Not even a direct answer, really.

Panel 3: Honesty and integrity makes you rich? Yeah, this is the FOOBiverse all right. And what's Gordon about to say -- that he has cancer?

Panel 4: What? You've been the one rambling on; now you want HIM to get to the point?

Panel 5: And we can see it's breaking his heart. It's breaking mine, too, since I THOUGHT THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN SETTLED.
