(Strip Number 665, Original Publication Date, 26 July 1984)
Panel 1: We start things off with Elly, who's trying to have a moment to herself, being disturbed by both a loud noise and glaring pop-art captions.
Panel 2: She looks into the kitchen to find Lizzie banging on the cookware and asks her why she's making all that noise.
Panel 3: When Lizzie says it's 'cause it was too quiet, Elly stands there looking as if someone just hit her on the back of the head with a two-by-four.
Summary: While it's becoming increasingly obvious that Marian's problem is that for some reason, her daughter and her family spew forth lines from old sitcoms when normal answers are expected, Elly is probably just stupid.
