(Strip Number 4425, Original Publication Date, 3 May 1984)
Panel 1: We start things off with Phil telling an anxious looking Elly not to worry about the trumpet he gave Michael because he got it on a trade.
Panel 2: All Mike needs to do is oil it and clean it out every little while. He's about to say that long as Mike takes care of it, it will last.
Panel 3: He are interrupted by a strange bubbling sound.
Panel 4: Said bubbling sound is the result of Michael putting the bell in Phil's fish tank. As Phil prepares to fish out his trumpet and give Mike an angry lecture about something he's never heard of called "respect for property", Lizzie tells him that they were trying to see if it plays under water.
Summary: The odd thing is that Lynn makes an arch comment about how the fish tank only appeared in this strip followed by a vague jab at people who ask the 'too much' of her called remembering details. One of the details she forgot is that they're still at Phil's place. This distracts us from the real problem: Mike has no real idea that he should take care of things because he's never been taught how. Phil doesn't know that because he doesn't know Elly at all well.
