For some reason or other, Mike makes a toy out of one of those bra cups they put in swim suits; the punchline is that Elly has no more idea where it is than he does what it is.

(Strip Number 6128, Original Publication Date, 11 March 1984)

Panel 1: We start things off watching Mike and Lizzie play; for some reason, he's made a toy of a beige, cup-shaped object. As he points the fabric whatever-it-is at the toy plane Lizzie is playing with, he tells her to move said plane to the left.

Panel 2: He then makes radar noises at the plane.

Panel 3: The strip most of Lynn's fans will see starts with Mike pointing something they'll recognize at the toy plane and telling Delta Tango Sierra that she's been radar identified.

Panel 4: He then says "Satellite Tracking Station detecting foreign object" into a toy phone.

Panel 5: Next, he tells Lizzie that with their new super microwave dish, they'll be able to pick up fifty channels.

Panel 6: We switch focus from him to Elly as she looks under her sewing machine for something.

Panel 7: John asks her if she lost something and she tells him that she did.

Panel 8: You see, she'd taken the bra forms out of an old swim suit to re-use somehow.

Panel 9: Her problem is that she can only find one of them.

Summary: I don't know if we're going to get a Little Lynnie Show out of this, an anecdote about Aaron or even a thing about how she made this one up. What I do know is that if Elly didn't make Mike Lizzie's primary caregiver, we wouldn't have to deal with crap like this. We also wouldn't have to deal with the sickening fear that Mike will get yelled at for making the best of a bad situation.
