(Strip Number 563, Original Publication Date, 3 March 1984)
Panel 1: As they drive home from aerobics class, Elly gushes to Connie about how great John has been about her job.
Panel 2: She also boasts about how he "looks after" the kids so she can take classes in the evening.
Panel 3: She concludes by saying how wonderful John is.
Panel 4: Connie says that she should be telling him that.
Summary: He isn't going to be so wonderful in six months when he makes a self-serving and ignorant remark about how she should maybe quit or a smug crack about how it's crazy, scary woman hormones that make her feel overwhelmed. Then again, his stomping around like King Kong makes him not wonderful now. Ah, well. At least there won't be notes for this one owing to her having it in for Rod.
